Terms and Conditions

1.) Scope of Work
I, the artist, agree to provide my services as outlined in the project brief provided by the client or as discussed during the proposal. Any additional work outside the agreed upon scope of the project brief will be subject to separate negotiations and compensation.
2.) Payment Terms
The client agrees to pay the artist the agreed-upon fee for services rendered. Payment will be made according to the schedule outlined in the project proposal or as otherwise agreed upon in correspondence. Payment or transfer fees, shall be shouldered by the client.
3.) Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise or agreed upon in negotiations, the client owns the intellectual property rights to all commissioned artwork created during the project.
4.) Revisions and Edits
The client is entitled to revisions and edits throughout each phase of the project, as specified or discussed in the project proposal. Once the revisions have been approved in a particular phase, no more additional revisions shall be done after approval of that phase. Two (2) rounds of revisions shall also be given during the final phase of the project. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon limit will be subjected to additional fees. Major changes to the project scope shall also result in new negotiations and additional charges.
5.) Communication
I, the artist, agree to provide consistent weekly updates to the client during the project timeline. Correspondence shall be done through e-mail or in a specific communication channel so that any comments or updates can be easily tracked or referred back to during the project.
6.) Delivery and Deadlines
I, the artist, agree to deliver the final artwork/project to the client by the agreed-upon deadline provided that the final payment has been sent by the client. If any unforeseen circumstances arise that may affect the delivery timeline, both parties will work together to establish a new schedule.
7.) Credit and Promotion
I, the artist, retain the right to showcase the completed work in my portfolio and social media pages. The client agrees to provide appropriate credit to the artist wherever the artwork is used, unless anonymity is specifically requested.
8.) Refund Policy
Full refunds shall only be given if virtually no work has been done by the artist for a significant time since the start of the project. Partial refunds shall be considered in the event that the client decides to terminate the agreement before the completion of the project. The refund amount will be based on the work completed up to the termination point, minus any non-refundable expenses incurred by the artist.
9.) Termination of Agreement
Both the artist and the client have the right to terminate the agreement if the other party fails to fulfill its obligations. In the event of termination, the client agrees to compensate the artist for the work completed up to that point or phase. I, the artist, retains the right to use any completed work for my portfolio or socials.
By entering into an agreement with the artist, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined above. Any modifications or amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
